Q1: Can I return the product?
A1: We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.Please note that currently only customers in the United States and European countries and regions can return products, and customers need to bear the shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hebeiyoungwill@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A3: No, by signing up at hebeiyoungwill website, you agree that you are over the age of 18 years old.

Q5: Can I cancel my order?
A5: To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via email: hebeiyoungwill@gmail.com or contact us online at our website. In most cases, your order will be processed within two business days, ensuring you receive your order quickly. Therefore, once an order has been processed and/or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please order carefully.

Q6: Why haven't I received my order confirmation/dispatch e-mails?
A6: Whenever you place an order with us, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you with details of the order you have made. As soon as your order is dispatched, a second confirmation e-mail is sent to you indicating that your order is now in its way to you. If you have not received these e-mails, it is possible they may have been caught in your spam mail folder. It is advisable to look through your spam mail and see if your confirmation e-mails have appeared there, as you can then make adjustments to ensure that they come through to you without issue in the future. It is also possible that there may have been some sort of error with your confirmation e-mails not reaching you, either because of server issues or problems in transit. Q7: I signed up but haven't received any emails,how can i be sure to get them in my inbox?
A7: Due to the nature of our business, our emails may end up in your spam or junk folder. Be sure to add hebeiyoungwill@gmail.com to your 'white list' to be sure our emails end up in your inbox.

Q8: Whai kind of emails would I reveive if I receive if I subscribe to receive promotional emails?
A8: Email subscribers receive our newsletter as well as special offers and exclusive discounts that aren't available to the general public.

Q9: Will I automatically start to receive email if i place an order with hebeiyoungwill?
A9: You will only receive emails related to the order you place unless you check the box that states you wish to receive promotional emails.

Q10: Why do you need my e-mail and phone number?
A10: It is very important for you to provide the correct information for a couple of reasons. First and foremost let us reassure you that we do not share this information with anyone unless it is directly related to your order (such as providing info to the carrier). A correct e-mail address is necessary for you to receive any updates and/or tracking information regarding your order. We do not share your e-mail address with any third parties that will send you unwanted or spam mail. Your e-mail address used to contact you online is used solely for use between you (buyer) and hebeiyoungwill to respond to any inquiries regarding orders or products and to comply with any requirements of law i.e.: verification for suspected fraudulent activities.
